 EXTENSION OF PERIOD OF PAYMENT OF 75% SHARE BY “OTHER FARMERS” from 01.07.09 TO 31.12.09.
- Further to the announcement made in the Budget 2009-10, Government of India has now decided to extend the period of payment of 75% of overdue portion by the “Other Farmers” under One Time Settlement Scheme under ADWDRS – 2008 for another six months i.e. 01.07.09 to 31.12.09.
Hence, “Other Farmers” eligible under the Scheme who have not yet paid their 75% share in full are requested for payment on or before 31.12.2009 to avail the benefit.

EXTENSION OF CUT-OFF DATE FOR ACCEPTANCE OF GRIEVANCES FROM FARMERS COVERED UNDER AGRICULTURAL DEBT WAIVER AND DEBT RELIEF SCHEME - 2008
- The last date for payment of 75% by the “Other Farmers” under ADWDRS – 2008 has been extended by six months beyond 30.06.2009 i.e. till 31.12.2009. Government of India has now informed that 31.01.2010 will be the last date for receiving grievances by all agencies.
