ONE TIME SETTLEMENT SCHEME FOR MSE NPAs

In accordance with RBI guidelines, our Bank formulated the scheme for One-time settlement for Micro Small & Medium Enterprises. The details of the scheme are made available with Branch Managers of the Bank. The scheme covers all Micro and Small Enterprises which are Non Performing Asset (NPA) as on 31.03.2008. The scheme is non-discretionary and non-discriminatory. The scheme is valid up to 31.03.2010. The amount to be recovered by the Bank will be as per the norms indicated in the Circular.

This information is being ported with a view to make the availability of the scheme known to all MSMEs and to offer the benefits. Wherever the MSMEs have a grievance in implementation of the scheme, they can be in touch with the Zonal Manager, MSME Care Centre located in all our Zonal Offices of the Bank.
